Subscription Overview
A subscription to APEX Alerts to AZ is required to access the full functionality of the application. Without an active subscription, you can only upload and view PDFs, but cannot process them to create tasks in AgencyZoom.

How to Subscribe
Getting started with APEX Alerts to AZ is easy:
Click Subscribe
Click the "Subscribe" link in the navigation menu or "Subscribe Now" on the login page
Choose Your Plan
Select either Monthly ($59/month) or Annual ($590/year) billing
Complete Checkout
Enter your payment information securely through Chargebee's hosted checkout page
Create Your Account
After payment, you'll be redirected to create your account with your AgencyZoom credentials
Sharing with Team Members
One of the most valuable features of your subscription is the ability to share access with your team. You can add up to 5 team members at no additional cost.
How to Add Team Members:
Go to Team Management
From the dashboard, click on your user menu and select "Manage Team"
Add Team Member
Enter the AgencyZoom email address of the team member you want to add
Click Add
Click the "Add Team Member" button to grant them access
Team Member Gets Access
The team member can now log in using their AgencyZoom credentials
Important to Remember
- Use team members' AgencyZoom email usernames
- Team members must have AgencyZoom accounts
- Changes take effect immediately
- You can add or remove team members at any time
Common Mistakes
- Don't use personal email addresses
- Don't exceed the 5 team member limit
- Ensure email addresses are typed correctly
- Verify team members have AgencyZoom access

Update Payment Method
Change your credit card or billing information.
