Your APEX Alerts to AZ account includes both your user profile and subscription management. As an account manager, you have full control over billing, team access, and account settings.

Managing Your Subscription
Your subscription is managed through Chargebee, our secure payment processor. Access the customer portal to manage all aspects of your subscription.
Accessing the Customer Portal
Click on your user dropdown menu in the top-right corner
Select "Manage Subscription" to open the Chargebee portal
You'll be redirected to your secure customer portal

Updating Payment Methods
Keep your payment information current to ensure uninterrupted access:
Access Customer Portal
Navigate to "Manage Subscription" from your user menu
Click Payment Methods
Select "Payment Methods" or "Update Card" in the portal
Add New Card
Enter your new credit card information securely
Set as Primary
Make the new card your primary payment method
Remove Old Card
Optionally remove the old payment method
Secure Payment Processing
All payment information is processed securely through Chargebee. APEX Alerts to AZ never stores your credit card details directly.
Viewing Billing History & Invoices
Access your complete billing history and download invoices for accounting purposes:
- Go to the customer portal via "Manage Subscription"
- Click on "Billing History" or "Invoices"
- View all past transactions and payments
- Click the download icon to get PDF invoices
- Use filters to find specific date ranges
Invoice Information Includes:
- Invoice number and date
- Your billing information
- Service period covered
- Amount paid and payment method
- Tax information (if applicable)
Changing Your Subscription Plan
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time:
Monthly to Annual
What happens:
- You'll receive a prorated credit for unused time
- Annual rate applies immediately
- Next billing date updates to one year out
- Start saving 17% right away
Annual to Monthly
What happens:
- Change takes effect at next renewal
- Continue with annual rate until then
- No refunds for unused annual time
- Monthly billing starts after annual expires
How to Change Plans
Access the customer portal
Click "Change Subscription" or "Switch Plan"
Select your desired plan
Review the changes and confirm
Canceling Your Subscription
We're sorry to see you go! You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Access Portal
Go to "Manage Subscription" from your user menu
Click Cancel
Find and click "Cancel Subscription"
Provide Feedback
Optionally tell us why you're canceling
Confirm Cancellation
Confirm to schedule cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for unused time on annual plans
- Team members lose access when subscription ends
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can reactivate anytime before expiration
Account Settings & Preferences
Manage your account settings and preferences directly within APEX Alerts to AZ:
Notification Preferences
- Click the notification bell icon
- Select "Notification Preferences"
- Toggle notifications on/off by type
- Save your preferences
Profile Information
Your profile information comes from AgencyZoom:
- Name and email from AgencyZoom account
- Cannot be changed within APEX Alerts to AZ
- Update in AgencyZoom if changes needed
- Changes sync on next login
